Hello, I'm Jackie, and I specialise in providing support to children, young adults, and adults facing challenges eating disorders such as ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), disordered eating, self-harm, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, and menopause.
My passion lies in guiding individuals to reconnect with themselves, supporting a person to be able to let go of emotional burdens and move forward without doubt, shame, guilt, self-hatred, or fear. I'm deeply committed to working with each individual on a highly personalised level, ensuring that we enhance your mental, physical, and emotional well-being, helping you to understand yourself, your beliefs and habits, and allowing you to foster a deeper understanding and create positive change.
Clients embark on a journey of self-discovery, delving into their thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. Through this process, they unlock their true potential, paving the way towards recovery and a happier, healthier life filled with confidence, self-understanding, and empowerment.
