Neurodivergence
Supporting clients with autism and ADHD by addressing their unique challenges and enhancing their strengths. Together, we work on managing anxiety, improving focus, developing coping strategies, and achieving personal growth in a supportive and understanding environment.
What is Neurodivrgence?
Therapy is person centered and designed to support individuals who are neurodivergent, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions. It focuses on providing a safe, understanding space where individuals can explore their unique ways of thinking, feeling, and interacting with the world. This therapy helps individuals build strategies for self-regulation, social interaction, and emotional well-being but mostly developing a deep understanding of themselves.
Our
Approach
I offer a compassionate, tailored approach that takes into account each person’s unique neurological wiring, strengths, and needs. My goal is to help individuals harness their strengths, improve self-regulation, and manage challenges with greater confidence. Therapy techniques are creative, adaptive, and built to respect their pace and individuality.
Whether your child or adult loved one is struggling with sensory processing, social communication, executive function challenges, or other aspects of neurodivergence, I work to ensure they feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, involving both the individual and their support network, including family or caregivers, to create a plan that supports personal growth and enhances well-being.

We Discuss the Unique Needs of the Individual
During our first meeting, we’ll explore the challenges and strengths the individual faces. Together, we’ll discuss their goals, emotional struggles, and the challenges they experience in social situations, school, work, or day-to-day life. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where their voice is heard, and we ensure their needs are fully understood.

We Begin a
Personalised Journey
Through therapy, we help neurodivergent individuals develop emotional regulation skills, build confidence, and address sensory or social challenges. We will explore strategies for self-management, improving communication, and creating an environment where they can thrive. This journey is led by the individual at their own pace, ensuring the therapy is supportive, empowering, and respectful of their unique needs.
