Jackie takes a personalised, holistic approach to hypnotherapy, combining Advanced Conversational Hypnotherapy (ACH), Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, talking therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients tackle a variety of challenges.
Her approach is all about helping clients break through subconscious blocks and heal from past trauma, leading to meaningful transformation. As clients journey through this process, they gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, behaviours, and emotions, unlocking their true potential and building better mental and emotional well-being along the way
