Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: ⦁ Payment is due within a day of securing an appointment. ⦁ Non-payment results in non-booking and no guarantee of availability. ⦁ Full payment must be made at the time of booking, including for block bookings. ⦁ Block booking dates are agreed upon at the time of purchase. Cancellation and Rescheduling: ⦁ Missed sessions will be charged at 100% of the session price. ⦁ Cancelled or rescheduled appointments require 48 hours' notice. The notice period is defined as weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9 am and 5 pm. ⦁ Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session price. ⦁ Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session price plus transaction fees. ⦁ Non-attendance will be charged at 100% of the session price. ⦁ There will be a £30.00 administration fee (plus transaction fees) for rescheduling. ⦁ Block bookings have an expiration date. Appointments cannot be rescheduled past the expiration date. ⦁ All charges are subject to VAT. Session Logistics: ⦁ Timely arrival is crucial; sessions cannot be extended. ⦁ Please note there is no waiting area at Cappards Road clinic. Health Considerations: ⦁ Fitness appointments cannot proceed if you are ill. Unforeseen Events: ⦁ Appointments can be held online or by phone in unforeseen events.
